accelerate the development of leaders while delivering extraordinary project
results. He has been in the business of developing transformational leaders

Keith N. Rogers

Keith Rogers is a Senior Partner of TLCC,
LLC. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State
University (1978) and a Master of Science degree in Chemical
Engineering from Texas A&M University (1979). He has held
leadership and senior management positions with DuPont,
Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), and Lucite
International. His experience includes senior management
positions in Sales, Manufacturing, Research & Development,
Product Development, Mergers & Acquisitions and more. He has
personally led several large organizations including teams
from around the world and has established a consistent track
record of delivering outstanding results
